Burdi is recognized as the premier Men's Italian Clothier in Chicago for over forty years. Located in the heart of Chicago's Gold Coast, the three-story granite boutique epitomizes luxury and elegance.

Burdi offers its clientele sartorial options: bespoke, made-to-measure and ready-to-wear. Alfonso Burdi, the founder of Burdi, is a skilled master tailor who is responsible for the creation of the custom garment. From start to finish, Alfonso first draws and cuts the pattern, then ensures the proper fit through a multiple fitting process culminating in the perfect finished garment.

Second-generation owner Rino Burdi, is faithful to his father's exacting standards. His attention to detail, vision and flair for design has earned national recognition. "Our passion is in offering our clients elegance, quality and exclusivity".

Every season is a treasure hunt. The Burdis travel to Italy, to the Pitti Uomo Menswear Show in Florence, in pursuit of the best of Italy's fashion houses. Burdi's unique handmade garments offer distinctive fabrics and designs. This selection process offers our client a customized, unique garment with the convenience of a pret-a-porter shopping experience. Burdi showcases slacks, shirts, sweaters, accessories, sport coats, suits and the finest tie collection in the city of Chicago.
